At Refine, we kindly ask all clients to provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
Late cancellations and missed appointments have a significant impact on our team, our business, and other clients waiting for appointments.
A booking deposit may be required to secure appointments and is non-refundable in the event of a no-show or cancellations made outside of the required notice period (48 hours). We do however allow rebooking for another time and date and understand that in certain circumstances appointments need to be amended last minute.
Clients who fail to attend an appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and, in some cases, may be required to pay the full cost of the scheduled treatment.
Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a note being added to the client profile, and future bookings may require full payment in advance.
These policies are in place to help protect our team’s time while also allowing us to manage appointment availability fairly for all clients. We do, however, understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances can arise, and we will always aim to handle situations with fairness and understanding where possible.
